How to set up AutoPay for your Unloan Home Loan

AutoPay makes repayments easy. Set it up once and let it run in the background. Here’s how to get started.

Before you begin

A couple of things to know before setting up AutoPay:

  • The amount you choose must be equal to or more than your minimum monthly repayment.

  • If you choose a weekly or fortnightly AutoPay frequency, we base your AutoPay payments on a 4-week month. For example:

    • Monthly repayment = $5000

    • Fortnightly repayments = $2500

    • Weekly repayments = $1250

Any extra AutoPay payments go into redraw and help reduce your interest. For example, where you have three fortnights or five weeks in a month. See below for an example.

  • If your loan is joint, unless you’ve changed account permissions, all co-borrowers need to approve the setup or any changes. We’ll send them an email, and they can confirm by logging into their app.
