How do I receive an update on my settlement process?

Here's how you can receive an update during the settlement process with Unloan.

When you begin the settlement process with Unloan, you will be assigned a dedicated Settlement Specialist who will be your point of contact to answer any questions you may have and keep you updated on the progress via email and SMS.

You also have the option to voluntarily track your settlement via logging you’re your account at app.unloan.com.au.

If your settlement is scheduled for today, you will receive an email to notify you, and your dedicated Settlement Specialist will be in touch. On the day of settlement, our settlement team will work to have your title transferred to Unloan.
