Please note that this feature is only available for current in-life customers who have a joint Unloan Home Loan account with a co-borrower.
Below is step-by-step guide on how to manage your account permissions in your Unloan account as a co-borrower.
Log into your Unloan account via app.unloan.com.au
Navigate to your dashboard and select the ‘Manage’ button located underneath your loan account.
You’ll be directed to the ‘Manage your home loan’ screen that contains information of your:
Loan Summary
Account Owners
Account Details
Payment Settings
Loan Documents and
Legal Documents
3. To modify your account permissions, select ‘Account Permissions’ located underneath ‘Payment Settings’.
4. Within the ‘Account Permissions’ screen, by default, ‘All to authorise’ is checked for current in-life customers.
You have the option to change this selection to ‘One to authorise’, which requires you to submit a change request and receive approval from your co-borrower.
5. Once a change request has been submitted, your co-borrower will be notified to approve or decline your request.
6. Once your co-borrower has approved your change request, you and your co-borrower will be sent a confirmation email about the account permission change.
If you decide to change your account permissions from ’One to authorise’ to ‘All to authorise’, the change request will be updated immediately and will not require a co-borrower approval. You and your co-borrower will be sent a confirmation email about the account permission change.
