When entering my name during the application process, it says invalid, how can I fix this?

We provide steps on how to amend the issue of our application process not recognising the name you provided.

If your name is flagged as invalid during the application, please try the following steps:

  1. Clear the name field and re-enter your name, ensuring no extra characters are included.

  2. Check for and remove any spaces after your name.

  3. For double first names or surnames, enter them without a space. You can let your dedicated Lending Specialist know when you’re contacted about your application, and they can amend this for you.

  4. If the problem persists, please clear your device's cache and try again.
