How it works
Unloan offers refinancing for properties that are owned outright. This means you can take out a home loan against your property and use your available equity, subject to eligibility and credit approval.
How do I apply?
To get started, you’ll need to complete a refinance home loan application on the Unloan website.

Select Get started in the top-right corner
Follow the steps to begin your application
During the application, you’ll be asked to provide details about your:
Income
Expenses
Liabilities
Debts and liabilities section
When you reach the Debts and Liabilities section, include any existing liabilities such as:
Credit cards
Personal loans
Because you own your property outright, you won’t need to add an existing home loan. The application will confirm this automatically.
Once completed, select Continue to move to the Set up your Unloan section, where you can request your desired cash‑out amount.
How much can I refinance with Unloan?
Unloan offers loans from $10,000 up to $10,000,000, subject to credit approval.
You’ll need to stay within a maximum loan‑to‑value ratio (LVR) of 80%. As part of the process, Unloan will arrange an updated valuation of your property to ensure your LVR remains within this limit.

Can I consolidate other debts?
Yes. Unloan allows debt consolidation as part of your refinance, provided your loan stays within the required 80% LVR.
Any debts you choose to consolidate will be factored into your borrowing capacity, and you’ll be able to select them during the application.

What happens after I submit my application?
Once your application is complete (including income and ID verification) you’ll be assigned an Unloan lending specialist. They’ll be in touch in the days following submission to talk through the next steps and guide you through the rest of the process.
